No Refund

Our Website will follow a No Refund policy.

We strongly recommend You, our customers, to message us to better assist you with sizes or with any doubts You may have. We ask you of this because our goal is to provide the best customer service to our customers.

Exchanges

Our Exchange Policy will only allow 1 exchange, of a time period of 14 days from the day of carrier delivery, for a different size of the same product.

You must send us an email for an exchange confirmation.

You will also be responsible for all shipment cost for both returning and receiving the product.

Before shipping your product back to us,

  • Product must not be worn
  • Product must not be damaged
  • All tags must be still attached to the product in its original location
  • Must have original receipt of the transaction of the product. 
  • Product must have been approved for an exchange confirmation.

If we receive a product that does not meet these requirements, we have the right to refuse the product and shall be shipped back to the customer.

Final Sale items unfortunately cannot be exchanged.

Store Credit

We can offer store credit in a form of a gift card. This gift card is generated by a unique code and under the customers account. Store Credit is valued of the product only. The Store Credit does not have an expiration date. This code will be generated and sent to the customer via email after we received the product back to our store. The store credit can be utilized for our online store only. The customer still would need to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Items categorized as Final Sale are not valid for store credit.

NO RESTOCKING FEES OR OTHER HIDDEN FEES.
