Mora's Jeans Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Mora's Jeans! We take pride in offering premium Western apparel and footwear. Because finding the perfect style and fit is important to us, we are happy to accommodate easy exchanges or issue store credit if your order isn't quite right.
Please note that our online store operates on a Store Credit & Exchange Only policy. 1. Size, Style, or Product Exchanges
If your item doesn't fit perfectly or you decide you'd prefer a different style, we gladly allow exchanges for a different size, color, or a completely different product.

Timeframe: Exchange requests must be initiated via email within 14 days of your carrier delivery date.

Easy Prepaid Labels: To make the process as smooth as possible, once your exchange is approved via email, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to send the original item back to us.

Replacement Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the new replacement item. Once we receive your return, we will email you a secure Shopify invoice for the replacement shipping fee. As soon as that invoice is paid, your new item will ship out immediately!

Process: Please email us at customerservicemjv@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for so we can verify our inventory and send over your label.
Store Credit
If you prefer not to exchange for another item and want store credit instead, we are happy to issue it automatically.

Value: Store credit is issued for the full purchase value of the product (excluding original shipping fees).

Instant & Automated: Once your return is received and verified by our team, Shopify will automatically issue and link the credit directly to your customer account.

No Expiration: Your digital store credit never expires and can be applied instantly to any future purchase at checkout.
Return Conditions & Eligibility
To ensure your exchange or store credit is processed smoothly, all returned items must meet the following strict standards:

Condition: Items must be completely unworn, undamaged, and in brand-new, resellable condition.

Tags: All original tags must still be attached to the product in their original locations.

Proof of Purchase: You must include your original transaction receipt inside the package.

Approval Required: Your return package must have received prior email confirmation and use our authorized label.
- Note: If we receive a product that does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return, and the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Final Sale Items
Items explicitly marked or categorized as Final Sale are priced at a deep discount to clear inventory. Because of this, Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit under any circumstances.
Transparent Pricing
